S1. Your booking and ticket

These terms govern attendance at HUMBUG at Greenwich Borough Hall. Your show contract is with NPG Producing Limited, company number 17417245, registered office 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB. Ticketing Everywhere Ltd is the ticketing provider. The Venue conditions and Ticketing terms also apply; corporate bookings additionally use the Corporate terms.

A booking becomes binding when you receive the booking confirmation email. Consumer bookings must be paid in full. Please check your performance date, time, ticket and contact details before completing the booking. Contact hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk promptly about an error.

S2. Ticket types and inclusions

The ticket and inclusions presented when you book form part of your booking. The current options are: VIP cabaret seating with dedicated seating, table service, a welcome drink, Christmas crackers and complimentary cloakroom use; beer hall seating at shared, unallocated tables; and balcony seating in specific allocated seating.

Beer hall seating is first come, first served. Beer hall groups are not guaranteed to sit together. Accessible arrangements are described in Venue condition V4.

Ticket options and inclusions advertised for future purchases may change with availability. Availability changes do not automatically remove benefits already purchased. Where an included item or service cannot be supplied, your entitlement to an appropriate remedy is preserved.

S3. Customer cancellation and non-attendance

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you change your mind or cannot attend. If the performance goes ahead as agreed and is available to attend, non-attendance alone does not entitle you to a refund. Purchased add-ons are not refundable solely because of non-attendance. Statutory rights and any entitlement under purchased Secure My Booking protection remain unaffected.

S4. Discretionary date exchanges

Date exchanges are always at the ticketing team’s discretion, exercised reasonably, and subject to availability. They are not guaranteed. Exchanges must be requested no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the original performance. An approved exchange, including payment, must be completed before the date of the original performance. A request alone does not complete the exchange.

The exchange fee is £2.50 per ticket. If the replacement ticket has a higher face value at the time of exchange, you must also pay the difference. If it is cheaper, no refund of the difference is given. Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the original performance are not permitted.

Purchased add-ons move with an approved date exchange. Tell the customer service team about all your add-ons so the corresponding add-on tickets can be reissued for the new date. Secure My Booking protection remains subject to its applicable terms; do not assume that it transfers automatically.

Tickets must not be resold. Guest substitutions are permitted only for corporate bookings, through the customer service team. They are not permitted for other bookings.

S5. Show content, effects and cast

HUMBUG is an adult comedy experience featuring irreverent humour, rude or teasing exchanges, dirty jokes and sexual references. Its deliberately provocative tone will not suit every guest.

The production includes snow, fire, sparks, haze, flashing lights and loud noises. Contact hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk before booking if you need further information about effects or access. Cast members are subject to change.

S6. Changes, interruption and cancellation

A change to the cast, venue, date or programme does not create a discretionary refund entitlement under these terms. However, if a change entitles you to a refund, price reduction or other remedy under applicable law, that remedy will be honoured. This provision does not authorise changes that breach your legal rights.

The performance may need to be delayed, interrupted, postponed or cancelled when circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent it from proceeding safely, including severe weather, natural disasters (“acts of God”), fire or an emergency. Being ready or prepared to perform does not remove legal rights if the performance does not take place. An event beyond our control does not automatically remove refund rights.

If the event is cancelled before the performance starts or abandoned before the scheduled interval begins, we will offer a refund of the ticket price and associated booking fees. Prepaid add-ons that will not be supplied will be refunded by the responsible supplier, without limiting rights against the party with whom you contracted.

If the event is cancelled or abandoned after the scheduled interval, prepaid food, drinks or other add-ons already supplied and consumed will not be refunded solely because of the cancellation or abandonment. This does not affect any refund or other remedy required by law.

For HUMBUG’s interruption policy, the start of the scheduled interval is the halfway point. If the performance is abandoned at or after that point, no automatic full refund is offered solely because the remaining performance is not completed. Any legal entitlement to a refund or price reduction will still be assessed against the actual performance delivered and the circumstances. The interval threshold does not override statutory rights.

Where a refund or other remedy is legally due for postponement or a material change, it will be provided. The £2.50 per-ticket exchange fee and 72-hour exchange request deadline do not restrict legal remedies arising from organiser-led changes.

Fees paid for a completed customer-requested exchange are non-refundable, including if the event is subsequently cancelled, except where a refund is required by law.

S7. Refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser, as set out in the Ticketing terms. This does not affect any refund, price reduction or other remedy required by law. No refund is available solely because you cannot attend or miss entry due to lateness or incorrect booking details.

Where you believe a refund is due, email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk with your booking reference, lead booker’s name, performance date and reason for your request. The customer service team will support you and coordinate with the ticketing provider or venue where appropriate. Personal non-attendance applications under Secure My Booking use the route in S8.

Where a refund is due, it will be arranged to the original payment method without undue delay, aiming for no later than 14 days after entitlement is confirmed, and sooner where required by law. Bank processing may affect when it appears.

If you have a formal complaint, please email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk.

S8. Secure My Booking

Optional Secure My Booking ticket refund protection is available at booking. If purchased, it may provide a refund where you cannot attend or arrive too late for a covered reason. It is not cancellation for any reason.

Read the UK terms supplied at purchase: https://securemybooking.com/terms/uk/. Eligibility, exclusions, evidence and deadlines are governed by those terms. Apply at https://www.ticket-refunds.com/. The current UK terms permit applications until 60 days after the event.

Cancelled, abandoned and rescheduled events are excluded from that protection and should be referred to HUMBUG customer service. The current UK terms exclude refund of the protection fee. Check whether any add-ons are covered. Protection does not replace the producers’ or suppliers’ legal obligations.

S9. Liability and governing law

Eden Group Operations Ltd is responsible for its venue services, including food and beverages. NPG Producing Limited is not responsible for a separate supplier’s acts or omissions except where legally responsible. This does not exclude responsibility for services NPG has contracted to provide or for its own negligence or breach of contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales may hear disputes, without restricting any mandatory rights a consumer has to bring proceedings elsewhere or to benefit from applicable consumer protections.
